The Infrastructure
In order to maximize our outreach efforts, we established 25 dedicated inboxes within our private server.
During the 14-day warm-up phase, we extensively studied the platform, its strengths, and new releases.
This enabled us to craft compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise marketing teams.
Domain Optimization
To ensure maximum deliverability, we focused on optimizing domains. This involved implementing various measures, such as:

  • We gradually scaled to 100-250 emails per domain, reaching out to over 11,430+ prospects within 90 days.

We implemented a master inbox to capture sales-ready qualified leads. These leads are then progressed through the sales process, ensuring effective lead management.
